Full (Island) Membership is offered to businesses that have a physical business on either South Bass (Put-in-Bay) or Middle Bass Island.

Full Membership Dues are $175 per year and are due by mid-August of the preceding year in order for members to be included in the following year's Put-in-Bay Island Visitor Guide. Island Members also pay Assessments each year, depending on the type of business. Every membership is assessed a minimum of $20 for the Business Owner/Operator. A copy of the current Assessment Worksheet is provided below along with a copy of our current Membership Application. These fees have not been increased for more than 20 years.

Full Members have a listing on our website and a link to their business website. The Put-in-Bay Chamber Executive Board, which meets the second Monday of each month, must approve membership applications before any benefits are provided.

Associate Membership is $100 per year and is offered to individuals, businesses, and organizations that do not qualify for Full Membership. ODNR Division of Wildlife

The Division of Wildlife is a direct descendant of the Ohio Fish Commission, which was created by the General Assembly in 1873 to deal with declining fish populations in Ohio's inland lakes and streams. In 1949 the Division was joined with other state conservation agencies under the mantle of the newly created Department of Natural Resources.

By that time the original Fish Commission's duties had expanded to include law enforcement, fish and wildlife management, propagation, research, stream improvement, and pollution investigation. The job has continued to grow. In 1968 the Division became responsible for enforcing Ohio's stream litter law.

Its mission was broadened enormously in 1973 by the statutory addition of several hundred more species of wild animals to its care, and two years later by the legal mandate to identify, manage, and protect all endangered species in Ohio.
